1. The D-Network Membership
Membership to Explore the D provides access to exclusive perks, discounts, and event entries. Annual memberships automatically renew every 12 months unless cancelled 48 hours prior to the renewal date. Lifetime memberships are one-time payments and never expire for the life of the platform.

2. Event Participation & Liability
By participating in any 'Explore the D' bar crawl, tour, or event, you acknowledge that you are at least 21 years of age with a valid government-issued ID. Explore the D acts as a curator and is not responsible for the individual actions of partner venues, transportation providers, or other participants. Participation is at your own risk.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
All event tickets (Bar Crawls, Pizza Tours, etc.) are non-refundable. Events take place rain, shine, or snow—this is Detroit, after all. If an event is officially cancelled by Explore the D due to safety concerns, a credit for a future event will be issued to all ticket holders.

4. Code of Conduct
We celebrate the spirit of Detroit. Harassment, illegal activity, or excessive disruption at any partner venue will result in immediate removal from the event and permanent termination of membership without refund. Respect the staff at our partner bars and the drivers of our fleet.

5. Partner Perks
Perks offered by partners (e.g., 10% off at Detroit Shipping Co.) are subject to change without notice based on partner availability. Members must present a valid digital membership card at the time of purchase to receive benefits.
